Pigeon Lake is a wonderful resort located a short 1 hour drive from Edmonton.  One of the few "swimmable" lakes in Central Alberta, this area features a wide variety of beaches, five golf courses and numerous beachside communities.  The abundance of evergreen trees, sandy beaches and great fishing spots make this a true getaway.
